what is the estimated delivery time for a piece of jewelry?

Each piece of jewelry is made to order in our atelier. Therefore we ask you to consider a 1-2 weeks production time for all jewelry except the root to rise collection. For the root to rise collection you should consider a production time of 3-4 weeks. When your piece is ready to ship, we will contact you to inform you on the delivery, so you can keep an eye on the mailmen. All jewelry is sent  insured and a signature upon receipt is required.

how long in advance should we visit to discuss wedding rings?

We advice to visit the studio at least three months prior to your wedding date to discuss your unique wedding ring set. However, if your request is on a shorter notice, feel free to reach out so we can do our best to accomdate your needs. We schedule your private sessions solely on Saturdays and you can easily book an appointment here.

We can make custom designs, but if the style you are looking for differs from our collection, please contact us in advance of booking an appointment to discuss wheter or not we are the right fit.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECYCLE MY OWN PERSONAL/OLD GOLD?

In some cases, it is possible to recycle pre-owned jewelry into new pieces. You can find more information here. Please keep in mind that prices may vary depending on designs and choice in gemstones & diamonds. Due to limited capacity, we only take a limited amount of requests in recycled gold, so please inform about the possibilities prior to making an appointment.

how should we make an appointment to visit the atelier?

You can easily book an appointment here. We have 4 options to choose from:
1. a 60 min consult for a wedding ring set
2. a 40 min. consult for a single piece of jewelry
3. a 10 min. pick-up appointment to collect your piece of jewelry
4. a 20 min. short consult to discuss a particular piece you already have in mind, measure a ring size, second fitting or selecting a rustic diamond.

how should I measure my (partners) ringsize?

When buying a present (for yourself) or choosing an engagement ring (yay!) - it may be daunting to decide on the ringsize. For most rings (except gemstone rings) we can adjust the ringsize (slightly). However, ordering the right ring size is off course the best scenario for the both of us.
